A well established and dynamic Executive Search and Recruitment company is seeking to recruit a Junior Recruitment Consultant who will be based in Karen, Nairobi. He/ She will be responsible for growing the business by looking for new Clients and filling open positions for them.
The successful candidate MUST be extrovert, bubbly, enjoy problem solving, and working with a variety of people. Full training will be given to the successful candidate wishing to join a collaborative, growing, energetic company.
Key Responsibilities
- Have experience in sales at a senior level.
- Communicate in excellent English regularly, with clients and candidates to maintain good relations.
- Have the ability to work with a variety of people.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Have an eye for detail.
Key Qualifications
- Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline in Tech.
- Must have thorough understanding of technology and technical skills
- Must have an outgoing, energizing and bubbly personality.
- Must have impeccable English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
