Our client, is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager based in Nairobi.
The role will be responsible for driving brand distinction and supporting revenue growth through well-defined, data-driven marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee brand execution across all platforms, manage key marketing touchpoints, and lead day-to-day coordination of creative, content, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness and revenue growth through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and channels.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, content calendars, and media buying activities.
- Oversee content creation and campaign execution to support sales objectives.
- Monitor brand sentiment, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
- Manage key digital platforms including website, social media, and internal channels.
- Track ROI, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and internal resources effectively.
- Support team development and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in digital marketing and brand management within a sales-driven environment.
- Strong experience in campaign management, brand strategy, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially minded, customer-focused, and able to influence across teams.
